What we look for.
- Craft you can show.
- Work we can look at, with your part in it named.
- You're reliable.
- Contracts signed, insurance current, timesheets in on time. It's unglamorous, and it's why clients keep calling us back.
- Good company at 5am.
- Live work is long, physical and public. Crews remember who helped strike and who disappeared.
What you get.
- Work worth doing.
- Brand work for brands and agencies you'll be proud to put in your book.
- Someone in your corner.
- A Bench lead from our core team on every engagement, so you're never on your own.
- The admin, handled.
- Contracts, insurance and payment run by our core team, so you can focus on the work.

Questions.
Is this employment or freelance?
Freelance. You're contracted per engagement, with your rate agreed before you start.
Do I have to work only with The Bench?
No. Most of the roster works with other clients too. We only ask that you hold the dates you've accepted.
Do you work with people outside the US?
Yes. Most of the roster is in the US, and a lot of our work can be done remotely.
How often will I get work?
It depends on your discipline and on what our clients need. We'll be straight with you about that from the first conversation.
